PART-TIME CLEANING TECHNICIAN
Job consists of consistently reporting onsite directly to customer location, performing regular assigned cleaning duties (restroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, etc) to customer’s satisfaction with teammates. As needed, may be required to assist in performing duties for absent team members to ensure entire services are completed nightly.
Pay is $9-10 / hr depending on experience and work ethic. Pay raises are limited due to contractual restrictions with customers.
Requirements:
- Must have clean valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation
- Must be punctual and reliable in attendance
- Available response time / commute of 30 minutes or less
- Clean or limited criminal background
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability and willingness to perform required physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to read and write English, perform basic math & measurements (determine square footage, measure quantities, determine fractions, etc.)
- Must be able to understand and retain provided training
- Willingness to accept, understand, & improve from criticism
- Must be team-player, able to work with others without incident
- Willingness to follow work processes as trained, if different than experience
- Capable of utilizing 15-20 lb backpack vacuum for extended periods of time
- No known sensitivity to chemicals or odors
- Smoke & drug free workplace
FULL OR PART-TIME FLOOR & CARPET CLEANING TECHNICAN
Job entails reporting to shop according to schedule, retrieving customer information / equipment / supplies / vehicle, reporting to daily job sites as scheduled, interacting with customer, completing assigned tasks in timely, organized, & professional manner, documenting the job via photograph & work order, and returning to shop.
Pay varies from $10-$20 per hour depending on level of experience, capability, and personal presentation.
Services performed:
- Floor stripping & coating
- Carpet & upholstery extraction (portable & truck-mount based)
- Pressure washing
- Window cleaning (must not be afraid of heights)
- Concrete grinding, staining, & sealing
- Wood refinishing & cleaning
- Stone refinishing & polishing
- Specialty coating applications (epoxy, urethane, etc)
Requirements:
- Experience
- A clean valid Florida driver’s license
- Your own reliable transportation
- Available response time / commute of 30 minutes or less

- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability and willingness to perform required physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to read and write English, perform basic math & measurements (determine square footage, measure quantities, determine fractions, etc.)
- Must be able to understand and retain provided training
- Willingness to accept, understand, & improve from criticism
- Must be team-player, able to work with others without incident
- Willingness to follow work processes as trained, if different than experience
- Flexible and open availability
- No known sensitivity to chemicals or odors
- Smoke & drug free workplace
Schedule varies based on customer job availability. This may include mornings, days, afternoons, evenings, overnights, & weekends. Generally, two days off per week, may not be together.
Training will be provided, as needed, for areas of service where experience is lacking. Additional raises available through training certification process by the IICRC.
